Cell Tech or Creablast?
TweetHey what up people! My name is paul and i am currently a personal trainer at 24 hour and one of my clients stumped me on a question! He wants to take creatine so i reccomended cell tech. He said that he wants to try out crea blast from impact nutrition. I have never tried crea blast so i dont really know how good it works. Does anyone have a comment on this product? Thanks for the info!

Tweetcell tech bites bro. its expensive and you can buy ala dextrose and creatine alot cheaper separate than that cell tech stuff. if i had to take a high end creatine i have heard yellow jacket reccomend swole by syntrax. i think thats the company that sells it i am close anyway.

Tweetright. i cringe when people recommend or talk about cell tech being the "best" creatine supplement. (in fact, any muscletech brand). crea blast? you wont get too much responses back about this one. v12 by SAN and swole by syntrax the two most popular right now. Im an advocate of the standard good pure creatine powder, pixed with high GI source. Sage

Tweetyeah i figured that! i never heard of crea blast either so thats why i decided to ask on here. I looked it up and its a liquid base syrum that is supposed to be 100% pure german creatine. But those are just claims so i wanted to see if anyone has any feed back on the stuff!

TweetThe only thing that makes Cell Tech good at all is the ALA and its hardly worth the price.
Whats a good brand you could use along with some ALA to get the same benefits of the two. Also whats the main difference between the two types of ALA.
