Tweetwhat are your goals? strength,size, less fat? 200mg/week is a low dose imo, but it depends on how much gear you have and what you are trying to achieve. do you have anti e on hand? clomid for end? At that low dose gyno should not be a problem, but i got it years ago from only 500mg/week of sus. do your homework...it pays off in the long run. hope this helps.

I have been lifting off and on for 10 yrs but, would like to stay on cycle thru summer at 200 mg , i have no anti e, or clomid but will ask source to get, I have enough test eth, to last all summer and then some, and I have been burning up these pages trying to learn as much as can,and feel real welcomed here
two other questions
dose it matter which day i admin shot, i have been doing shots on sundays, but wondering if workouts would benifit by moving day? probably a dumb question, i started thinking about this after reading half-lifes of test,

i dont aspinate, just because i wasnt shown that way ,but as i read it makes sense to do it , but arent air bubbles bad as in after i load pin, inject then ,pull back on plunger to see either blood (bad) air bubbles good? can someone clear this up for me

TweetYou aspirate to make sure you didn't hit a vein. Air bubble means no vein...blood means you hit a vein. Just pull out, push out what little blood is in the syringe and hit a different spot. remember you are injecting into a muscle not a vein so an air bubble won't kill you. As for the day imo it is a personal choice. I go twice a week, but with that dose I don't think once a week will matter much. I also stack eq with test to hlep with the water. You can get lean on test...I powerlift so I don't worry about fat much, but my buddy gets pretty lean on just test...trains hard and watches his diet close. Hope this helps...there is a wealth of info here. I wish I would have known this stuff 8 years ago when I got gyno. No clomid post cycle so I lost most of my gains and no nolva to prevent gyno.
