      What is everyones Fav. Protien Supp. for Pre/Post Workout.

      I am currently using Pro-Complex and it is getting tiresome. I have three a day. Would like to find something low in carbs and BS for the first 2, and 1 with some carbs for post workout. Of course as always, something that doesn't taste like tar would b nice.

      i like pro v-60 by labrada.for post workout shake i like to use sci-fit.they have a lot of diffrent flavors.

      I have generic whey protine, by supplementdirect.com and I just started adding dextros and maltidextros....
      I'm Just an old chunk of Coal, But I'm gonna be a DIAMOND some day.

      i enjoy it more as far as taste than opt100%. however, the protein profile is average. more concentrate than isolate. EAS products as of late could be had for really cheap as well. just above 20 bucks for 5 lbs. also, only three flavors. still my favorite and most frequently used bulk whey. Sage

      Isomatrix, it's taste's great an I think from good quality as well. No carbs or fats and pure isolated proteins
