TweetCant remember who it was a couple weeks ago when everyone listed what they were on, but someone, i think maybe it was pro, said he was taking niacin. I think it was non reddening niacin. My question is what is anyones experience that has used it. Ive heard different opinions on it, but most have to do with increasing vascularity. Has anyone had increased vascularity with niacin.

TweetA common side effect of taking large doses of niacin is flushing. My guess is the "non-reddening" version is a time release version so that the body doesn't get that big bolis of niacin all at once (causing flushing).

The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. Tweeti took a whole bottoe ( not at once) i didnt notice anything drastic. I am a little more vascular, but I am also leaner... i think it is more hype, but it might work better for others.

i love veins. But cant seem to get them like i would like. Guess ill have to live with that. I knew if niacin did work it would be pretty temporary anyways, so no big loss.
