Heart problems .....!

TweetMan I was 3 days into xenadrene (ephedra) and went to workout today and my heart was beating irregular ! I was on the bike trying to get my blood flowing before working out and it felt like my heart was twisting upwards like really hard like havin muscle spasm . It was a scary feelin so I slowed down a bit thinkin it would go away but kept comin back on and off so I walked it off but still felt funny so decided to leave and get it checked out . So I went to the hospital and I told them what I was on and my recent cycle and they said you had heart palpitation . Man they told me I shouldn't use ephedrine anymore or any over the counter bodybuilding products and no weight lifting for a week(sucks)! They also said that the steroids wasn't causing it , it is ephedrine . Man this sucks and my anxiety problem is comin back I'm gonna lay off lifting for a bit , damn I had a good cycle too stressed out fuck !!!!!

TweetThe same happened to me with Hydroxycut. I'd taken it before ok. This year even after stopping it I was having the palpitations for 3wks more. It also swole my prostate for a while. Ephedra.- Never again for me!
