Tweeti went in @ 87 kilos after 16 weeks i was 69 kilos. But damn did i lose alot of muscle. no fat burners or anything just ex + diet like madd.

i'm now 81 kilos quite thin. i can't get rid of the fat on my man belt (lowerabs and obliques) or my pecs. the worst muc diet like ***** again...

when i came out @ 69-70 kilos no one recognised me so it was easy to pull girls. i knew them all but they though i was this stranger that knew everything about them...haha. it was great.
