TweetOk im looking from some help on creating a cycle, 10 week preferably. Im 22 yrs old 6'2 200 lbs, 18 % bdy fat. I have been lifting/dieting strict for 2 years now but cant seem to get good solid muscle. All my fat seems to be stuck in my midsection, i have seen great results in my arms shoulders and legs, but my chest and abs seem to lag. I am looking at a cycle of Winny/Sust , could anyone help me in creating a good cycle, i want to see some mass, but mainly drop my body fat and get some good lean muscle.
