TweetLast night I woked out back and bi's. A few hours after I got home my chest was so fuckin sore. Not really my chest I know it is not a muscle, it is right under where my rib cage comes together in the front could i of stretched something. It really hurts when i try to sit up straight, or roll over when i am slleping.
Now who I am is who I'll be until I die
either accept it or don't fuck with it

Tweetif you were doing any back exersize where you were leaning your chest into a pad or somting like that......with enough you ould have caused a slight....fracture in your sternum......it will heal fast but its a pain in the ass for a few days.....
it happend to me only hurt for like 2 days .....
