      Default 24 Week Cycle ... What do you guys think

      Well i am on the tail end of my first cycle Test Enan 400 / Eq 400 ew Last 5 weeks 50mg winny ed.


      To be honest i really don't want to stop, but i am going to wait till September to start again, and was thinking about something of the following:

      Weeks 1-14

      DBol - Need advice on how much etc.
      Test Enan 700 / Eq 600 (2 Shots a Week)

      Weeks 15-24
      I want them to be the cutters, So Test Prop ed, and what else.. also dosages you recommend.

      Stats
      24
      250-260
      19+% BF
      6'2"


      Had decent gains off this cycle, but def could have ran more....my friend who ran this with me ran higher dosage and "felt" it allot more.. my pumps were better but no-where what i read described here until my last couple weeks (they have gottin a little better)

      If your at 19% BF, I would not take any kind of test or especially dbol. Diet hard and look into clen,winny or HGH. I wouldn't start the test's until i'm around 12% to 14%.

      also in the second cycle you have listed above, there is really no reason to switch from enethate to prop halfway through... at that point the eneth would be nice and active in y our system. if anything switch over the last two weeks so you can time out your ending.

      Tren and Winny are good for cutting and hardening up but not at 19% bf.

      I plan from Now until September to get rid of some of this fat, so hopefully i will be down to 15% ish, The next one the main goals are to put on as much as possible in 14 weeks and then save/add and cut out the BS for the last 10

      My end goal is to be around 250-260 with 10-12% BF, i am not trying to get shredded.

      Is prop/Tren teh way to go second half, i am looking for opinions :-)

      My first half i like with the addtion to teh dbol, the cutting side i am lost.....

      You should cut some B/F naturally first...........take some ECA, watch the diet and get some cardio in.

      am I reading this wrong, or are you thinking of taking Dbol for 14 weeks?

      The D-Bol will only be for about 5 weeks in teh beginning, and YES. i will be cutting more Body fat.

      I am not to high on teh cutting BF bandwagon @ the moment du eot the fact that about 2 years ago now i weighed in @ about 330 pounds.... :-( I did cardio till i wanted to throw up and naturally got myself down to 225.....Felt little...I hate feeling little... so i decided to stop cardio lift havy and then after a while of that i did my first cycle, got up to about 250 now.

      BF % @ 225 was 19% and i have maintained that up to my current 250. Now i am @ the end of the cycle and forcing myself to start some cardio again, should in 3 months drop around 10-15 pounds of fat before i start this next go around.

      My goal is to be @ around 10% in the end, so i figure on teh last 10 weeks of my next cycle when i am in a cutting stage mindset i will drop what i really need to, Diet is about 85% now..... After my year of misery to drop over 100 pounds..it is hard for me to keep torturing myself..... But i am doing my best, happy with my results so far. All my Fat is rally around my gut... That is when the calipers go nuts :-( Let me see if i can find a couple pics of before and nows.....

      Hey Bro nice progress, but slow down don't try and get to your goal in 2 cycles. Lose some b/f on your off time, then do another bulking cycle. Then do a cutting cycle on your third.

      Not really trying to get to my goal in 2 cycles, just it is only the last couple weeks i have really felt anything, so i want to run a longer cycle next time..

      I will be working hard again they next few months to get rid of the BF, as painful as it will be......Maybe i will just get lipo......And screw cardio all togehter.....
