TweetI'm on 175 mcg of Synthroid and 100 mcg of Cytomel daily for life.
I think everything is pretty normal, but if I forget and don't take it for a day - that is a different story.
Jucing doesn't pose a problem, I can get away with slightly less when I cycle (but I'm not telling the doc - I'll just let him keep writing 12 month supplies). I have been known to share my extras with my gym partners.Usually when I want to bulk, I'll back off - when I want to cut, I just up it. But above all - PLENT OF PROTEIN DAILY as T3 is a strong catabolic.
