TweetRolled pats are best. Instant oatmeal, assuming you meam in a package, usually contains a lot of sugars.
TweetI have been eating organic oatmeal I buy from whole foods. The only problem I see with it is that it is instant, is that not as good as the regular kind? Reg. oatmeal takes forever to cook.
Also I eat a lot of brown rice, also instant. Is that bad? I don't want to have to wait 50 minutes for the rice to cook. What do you guys do? -crombie09

Tweetpick up a cheap rice cooker, even the microwave kind works pretty good takes about 20 min for 4 cups of rice
Just livin' the dream.....
TweetYeah I just went ahead and bought the regular brown rice that takes 40 minutes to cook. Its really not that bad, I just watch tv, I mean lift weights while I'm waiting for it to cook. LOL. Regular old fashioned oatmeal is really easy to make as well, I thought it would take forever but it takes like 5 minutes once the water boils so thats what I include in my breakfast ed now. -crombie09Originally posted by OU812
