on some nights during the week I wake up in the middle of the nite starving-(eq is a part of my current cycle)...sometimes i can't go back to sleep unless i eat something...i usually curb the hunger w/ a low carb protein shake and a celery stalk or two....this shouldn't hurt my cutting progress right?....im keeping low carb...who knows..the extra protein might be helping (im def getting enough calories throughout the day....diet is flawless!)...sooo..what do you think..no problem right?

You shouldnt be hurt by consuming celery (calorie free) and a zero carb protein shake.

My biggest diet problem is midnight munching. I'll never get the six pack unless I quit doing it. The only thing I found that works is a huge glass of water and a small amount of protein otherwise I'll eat whatever snack I can find and there usually the kid's treats so I get fat very quickly.

try the celery...you burn more calories eating it then are actually in it...for me waking up and eating mid-nite has been the extent of my cheating...def not complaining....making great progress...just asking if it can go any smoother..FLEMS..i dont think its a big deal

Just go to bed! I feel that when i resist the cravings and go to sleep, I wake up feeling better about not giving in and hurting my diet. Or maybe some fat free, sugar free Jello if you must- crombie09
