I've been in your shoes bud, I'm 5'11" I've gone from 120lbs to 185lbs..and growing.

Eat, Eat, Eat...Eat untill you feel like throwing up, then eat some more. You should be consuming 160g of protein every day, and at least 3000 calories, 3500 would be better.

Stick to basic movements, Squats, Deadlifts,Bench Press, Military Press. Get yourself a little book, keep notes of all your workouts and eating/sleeping habits.

Hit me up with an email if u want more.

If you are looking to stay LEGAL.....start with:
      1) proper training
      2) proper eating (eat a shitload of protein---then eat some more)
      3) Get a good night's sleep--always
      4) Stop drinking(if you do)---and take this sport seriously
      5) Cut out the drugs too.....sorry
      6) Get educated on the sport/life of bodybuilding--pick up a book
      7) Ask questions----learn, learn, learn
      8) Set goals....obtain them one by one
      9) Supplements?:
      1) Creatine
      2) Alpha Lipoic Acid
      3) 1-AD,4-AD (to stay legal) in 2-3x the recommended doses

There are plenty of Natural Bodybuilders around on these boards............find them and learn, learn, learn.

Yeah, like everyone said...just eat...if you take in more cals than you use, you'll grow no matter what! Weight gainers are good, but real food is better

like everyone says sounds like you need to eat bro. at 6'2" and 155 you have infinate potential to grow. If appetite is a problem try some B-12,
just hang in there and the gains will come in time. For faster(legal) strength gains maybe some 1-AD. train hard and you will see results. good luck bro
