      I have been dieting HARDCORE for 11 weeks now.... I have gotten the results I am looking for and am gonna have my first cheat day today! I mean peanutbutter buster parfe from dairy queen and maybe some pizza and stuff.......... the rest of the week my diet will be ultra stricked again.... oh and today I will have a couple of beers .......do you guys think I will put on size on my waist from this [currently at 30.2"] and very low bf??

      The reason I am having a cheat day today is because I am going to cuba in one week today and my father says that If I eat the way I am now and then just go there and eat the all inclusive food and drink [have not done either of these for at least 11 weeks...have not drank for much longer] I will GET REALLY SICK and told me I should start eating a little bit of sugary food and have a couple of drinks to let my body get used to it/...


      So anyways I don't wanna gain ANY BF do you think I will?

      The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

      I agree, although I'm not sure on the drinks. The eating should actually increase your metabolism some, but I'd worry that the alcohol will slow it right back down. During my contest diet right now, when I eat my breakfast (oatmeal and eggs - most carbs I take in all day) I can feel my metabolism start cranking - I actually start to sweat!

      Yeah dude, have fun in Cuba. Once in a lifetime opportunity (well, maybe not). But remember, you bodybuild to improve your quality of life, not to take away from enjoying life. So have fun, don't worry about your diet, but then again, don't be a total MORON (e.g., don't eat until you vomit just because your on break ) Have fun, wish I was in your shoes.

      .oh so far... I had a reases peanutbutter blizzard from dairly queen [small] and 400g of raviolii.... I swear Im sooooo stuffed ... phew...Maybe Ill eat once more today something like a slice of pizza ... I think tommorow I will only eat protien though then offcourse the rest of next week back to HARDCORE diet.... I hope this does jump start my metabolism

      about the drinks Im gonna have maybe 1-2 beers and then some wine with soda water...... My father [a profesional at drinking] told me if I go to cuba and drink I will get SICK ... he thinks I should have a couple so my body is not gonna freak out when I get to cuba..........
