I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul
TweetOk heres another question, we all have to do alot of assuming.
3000-4000 calories/ day
400-500 grams protien
As of last night I'm 197lbs about 13.5% BF 5'10 1/2
What type of gains do you think I will get?
I'm thinking I should get a solid 20-22lbs keep 15-20

TweetPersonally, if I were you, I'd try to get closer to 4K calories per day. But if lower calories have worked for you in the past, by all means stick with your plan.
It's hard to put a poundage number on how much you'll gain. It's so individual. You and your bro could follow the same exact guidelines (training, nutrition, supplementation, drug regimen, etc) and one of you could gain 10 lbs, the other 30.
That's a pretty substantial cycle. You should be able to reach your goals.
TweetYou exactly right, we both have the same mother/father...natural I'm 5'10 1/2 197 lbs 14-15% BF , He is 6'O 190 10-11 %bf. He is 2 1/2 years younger than me. So It will be very interesting to see what happens. My goal is 4000 calories a day, however somedays its just not going to be possible due to my crazy work schedule.Originally posted by HeHateMe
