TweetSpiropent is the only brand that I have used that I feel like the dosing is right on.

Other brands were okay, but some dosages would feel weaker or stronger than others would even when the mcg amounts were the same.

I like to know that the dosing is right on, so I stick with Spiropent.

I use about 12 20mcg tabs a day for two weeks straight then I switch over to a different thermogenic for a couple of weeks then back to the Spiropent. I don’t bother to spread out the dosage; I take all 12 first thing in the morning.

I have a very high tolerance and can go even higher than that, but the added benefit becomes outweighed by the added side effects if I go much higher than 12 tabs a day.

Actually, I haven’t used clenbuterol in a while so I would probably start off with 5 or 6 tabs in the morning and see how I reacted to that dosage. If I were okay with it by midday then I would take a few more until I reached a comfortable level, which for me is usually about 12 tabs a day.

If you have never used it before than you do need to start off small (1 or 2 tabs a day) and work your way up to a comfortable dosage. I have a female friend that can only tolerate 2 tabs a day. Anything more than that and she will get mad anxiety attacks and her hands shake ridiculously.
