I love regular prolab but I scored some of the phosphocreatine cheap.Does anyone have any opinions on it ? I noticed it has glutamine in it also, would it be wise to take a little more of the regular stuff a while after I take the Phosphocreatine, since the glutamine and creatine fight for absorbtion?

Wouldn't it be sensible to do it the other way around? You need more nutrients shuttled post-workout and this is the key time to do it, post-workout=insulin spike
