TweetTablets, drink it what? I have never used it but the way everyone raves about it I am going to try it. Any tips (BTW i am searching also)

TweetI got a bottle for 12 buck 90 pills @ 400mgs.Seemed like a preety good deal compared to the drink they had. I would question the amount also in the drink. I would think it would depend on the time you brew it as to how much you get.

TweetConsumer reports did an article on green tea to see which brands had the most antioxidants and flavanoids. Surprisingly Lipton Green Tea has the most antioxidants out of all the teas they tested. So there is no need to buy expensive asian stuff when you can get cheap, great quality at the grocery store.
