TweetUse ephedra PreWorkout. And if you do it normaly dont do it as much on cycle. So on post cycle you intensity doesnt just plumet. I was just thinking about that. Ripped force drinks are good. So is Pure Ephedrine HCL. And if youve never tried it, wheter your on or of cycle give it a shot. Its great.

TweetThat's exactly what I am doing. I stopped the EC (no A) when I went on cycle. Now that I am off, I take EC on workout days only (M-W-F). So far so good. I think the caffiene helps rid the body of some of the bloating faster too.
The only problem I have with this is that it suppresses my appetite, making it hard to eat what I need to.
