Tweeti was doin am pm workouts but then is tarte dwokring and stopeed doin it that way but im outa work again lol and i still do 1 muscle group per traingin day might bump it up to 2 again for a change though

Tweeti do cardio in the a.m and weight training in the pm or just weight training in the pm but i do cardio at home so no, just one trip for me, thank god, my gym sucks.

TweetI do 2 gym trips a day ... like 2-3 times a week.... Ill do a body part,,,perhaps bis and then I am toooo tired to do abs [cause of this low carb bs] I don't really mind....but sometimes I think wtf.... Im not a bb I should be enjoying my life.... you know what I mean??
