Tweeti agree.
Tweeti think no need to take 1000mcg ed,because i did my first shot 2 days ago,but it still effective today.i know it's not toxic with high dose, any excess will excrete in the urine.even though it's cheap, but is not necessarily to waste it.
for example:if you take your first shot on monday, then you feel it getting subside on thursday.so it will be your dose, and you would take it every two day.
it just my{personally thought}.

TweetI never felt anything from B12. But now that i am on clen I feel exhausted and still have B12 and Kynoselen. I think I am going to have to try the B12 again and maybe because I feel exhausted it will hopefully help.
Anyone use Kyno with clen?
Tweetok fist off do what works for you. Everyone's body is different....
It depends on what you want out of the b12...... Energy ,maximum tissue growth, or increased appetite, or increased metabolic rate.........Bet you didn't know it did all of that.
Increased energy comes from an increased protein systhsis.
this aids in tussue growth.......Higher levels will work better for growth.
The increase in appetite is do to the fact that the body likes to have the b vitamins together in balanced levels. the cravings come from the body wanting more food to balance the vitamins . Kinda cool .....
this is why people have cravings when dieting the body craves the vitamins ...this is the secret of success to low card diets
Kyno is great stuff........and it's usp 27 (witch is human grade )
Tweetany studies on high dose injectable b12 to look at?
I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul
Tweetmost of the articles I have don't go into the details of the studys .....We will look .....things a very busy.....
sounds like I should sponsor a contest for articles on study on B12
I do have a few articles that state there is no known toxic level of b12
