TweetI thought that 100mg EOD of prop, along with 50mg winny tabs ED, would be enough to counteract the catabolism of T3, I believe I burned some muscle. I know now for next time that I will need more anabolics to avoid muscle loss while on T3. Hopefully, the muscle lost will come back quick during my bulking cycle after a 2-3 month layoff.
Question -- Should the muscle lost come back quick during my bulker from memory or no?

TweetIm not too sure how much muscle I lost, I just wasnt expecting to lose as much weight as I did, even though I am more cut then I have ever been. I went from 225lbs at 16% BF down to 193 at about 7% BF, I expected to be a little thicker than I am now, but my strength hasnt went down all that much if at all. I feel pretty skinny sitting at 193 5'11 even though I am more ripped than ever.

be carefull with cardio, I wuld stickl to morningwalks, or just 20 minutes walks before every meal(2-3times per day)
protein, atleast 2g per lb, rather eat more.
I managed to drop fat and maintain muscle, I actyually gained some muscle when on T3. But then again I never did more than 50mcg, more than that just made me too scared of loosing mass.
Eat often, every second hour. eat lots of protein before bedtime and do not just stick to Whey, it's too freaking fast.
