TweetI like a test enan at 500mg and eq at 400mg. Bro make sure you get 350-400 grams of protein with 75-80% of that from whole food and 50-100 of those from red meat. Get a 100 gram of fat in there, add what ever extra you need from avocados, flax seed oil, safflower, canola, raw almonds and natural peanut butter.

Tweetnutrition is more important then gear imo, make sure your eating enough, or your just pissing away your money. 15 lbs is pretty normal weight gain off first cycle, some gain more and some gains less.

250g of protein is not enough for me when natural, much less on gear. I prefer 1.5g per pound as a generic minimum, up to 2g for me.

Test-500mg a week-1-10 or 12
Eq-400mg a week-1-10 or 12
D-bol-35-50 mg ed week-1-5 or 6
followed by your post.....if you don't have your diet in check, you wont get what you want from any cycle, you should of gained your most from your 1st one though, but that's how we all learn....good luck

Test - front load with 1cc prop ED first 10 days, along with eneth, or cyp...
i personally like tren.. nice lean gains.
just my thoughts... but 15lb isnt bad for the first go... what did you keep.
