      i know i dont get on much anymore... but i was on fitnessboard alot back in the day... thought i would let everyone see what i look like after all these years...

      i started lifting 4 years ago at 165 lbs 6'2" (VERY, VERY SKINNY)
      after 2 years of lifting all natural i gained about 10 lbs
      i have done three cycles
      1st
      sustanon at 250 mgs for about 9 weeks
      deca at 200 mgs for about 9 weeks
      gained about 30 lbs
      2nd (didnt have much money or a good source)
      t400 at 400 mgs for 10 weeks
      the first three and last three weeks i used fina
      gained about 15 lbs
      3rd
      enanthate at 750 mgs for about 9 weeks
      deca at 300 mgs for about 9 weeks
      gained about 30 lbs
      (i suffered a back injury before getting on this cycle so that could be the why i had such a huge increase in weight)
      i am now 248-251 lbs... i am going to start cutting in a few months... i just got off my third cycle...

      Not being critical or anything but I think you need to loose about 30 pounds and then you'll be ripped. Try a low carb, high protein diet with lots of cardio first thing in the morning. To speed things up you could use some T3 and or ephedrine/caffeine/aspirin during the day. Good luck bro I'm sure you'll get there.

      i agree... im changing my diet already.... after i give myself some time off im going to start cutting a cutting cycle, and i plan to use the ECA stack, eq, and winny with maybe some clen... i want to loose 20 lbs... im not looking to be ripped... i just want some more definition... thanks for the positive feedback... some of the mm guys were brutal... i may be a little chubby right now, but there is some muscle under there
