      I just ended a 500mg/week 12wk ICN Test Enanthate cycle. I gained 20lbs total with NO Sides and I dont see any noticable bloat - I never had to use any of my Nolva for gyno or anything. Im very pleased with my results. Ive been taking 10mg Nolva ED for close to 3 weeks now just to possibly help jump start the recovery though.

      I plan to run the standard clomid therapy starting soon and then the Nolva along with it at 10mg EOD.

      Ive also thrown in ZMA and Creatine just to help in any way I can. (along w/ my normal stuff)

      This was my first cycle and I dont know what to expect. Im worried that I will notice a huge drop in strength and start losing muscle. I dont know what to expect really so Im a bit paranoid. Im still in early 20's though so Im hoping along w/ my post cycle recovery plan I can bounce back quick.

      I plan to keep my calories about the same for 3-4 weeks. With the exception of less carbs at night possibly. After this period I will begin to slowly reduce calories just a bit and start doing some low intensity cardio 2-3 times a week. I didnt gain a lot of fat or anything but I would like to eventually trim a little around the midsection. I just dont want to lose a lot of these gains.

      I was going to take 3-4 days off Right when my Nat. Test should be at its lowest. What time do you think this should be. About 2 weeks after last injection (same as when I start clomid)?

      Any advice or changes I should make? Any tricks that have seemed to work for you guys?

      Losing the 24/7 pump look is going to suck too. I dont want to get off. Its a lot easier to see how ppl can give in an abuse AS by running them way too long.

      Still, Health First. All I can do now is look forward to Next Winters Bulking cycle and what I can do better.

      My Weight in everything went up a lot - If I slowly feel myself getting weaker Im worried its really going to eat into my intensity/motivation levels. THings have been going so well - my strength has been going up the whole time.

      I think next cycle I may run it 14 or so weeks and bump my dosages just a bit like week 9 or so until end.

      Test is so kick ass - and with no sides at all its hard to stop. Plus you feel so great. I know I must though.....

      I dont know if anyone can honestly claim they retain 100% of thier strength, I know I sure dont.

      you're are going to lose some of your gain...its inevitable...but most of the loss will be the water retention.......keep your diet in order, even up your protein intake along w/ your workout intensity and you'll be fine....when you start to drop the calories and add cardio to the routine, add a high concentration of BCAA's to your diet. IMO they are the best anti-catabolic.....good luck

      Keep diet in check and continue to work out hard with Clomid and Nolva and my strength decreased only about 5-10% compared to on. Clen works wonders as well I do have to say it is anti-catabolic

      I AGREE WITH THE REST OF THE GUYS, YOU PROBABLY WONT KEEP ALL OF YOUR GAINS, MOST DONT. THE COLMID AND NOLVA HELP TREMENDOUSLY THOUGH. PERSONALLY I KEPT ABOUT 85% OR SO OF MY STRENGTH AFTER MY FIRST CYCLE. JUST KEEP GOING HEAVY AND KEEP YOUR DIET STRAIGHT.

      Your post cycle plan looks pretty good but I think you should use some HCG the last two weeks to get test levels back up, it has worked great for me and I'll use it now on for every cycle.

      HCG/CLomid is my favorite for recovery ...

      you will lose strength and mass, but 75-80% retention is a good number to shoot for

      If possible, i wold get some HCG stat. run 500 ius eod for two weeks, then three day later, i would start clomid and nolva combo. Also, run 10mg ed of nolva with HCG.
      I run usually
      Day 1
      150 clomid/60 nolva
      Day 2-5
      100 clomid/40 nolva
      Day 6-12
      50 clomid/20 nolva
      Day 13-16
      25 clomid/10 nolva
      I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
      I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul
