TweetTons of info on this subject already bro. Do a search and you will find a lot of stuff. It depends on you water intake. Drink plenty of water and you should be ok . It will effect it some but I wouldnt worry about it. Like Saturn said you would be alot better off with aprolab type creatine. Anything that is creapure +dextrose.
