LIV 52, how many to take a day?

TweetIm gonna go on 100mg of a bombs a day so i want some serious protection! I can get 60 tabs for $9 bucks but it doesnt say serving sise so my question is how many of those puppies do i swallow a day??

TweetI personally don't know what is in this or how much it costs. I personally just use Milt Thistle 80 % Silymarin and I take alot of it and often. I am talking 6-8 tablets at a time and a few times a day. You can find it pretty cheap also. Go to the vitamin shop and you can get a HUGE BOTTLE of Milk Thistle for about $25-30. I tend to over protect my liver and kidneys. For kidney protection I load up on cranberry capsules and lots of water 1.5 to 2 gallons a day. You only get 1 liver and 2 kidneys in your life. I tend to be extra careful. I mean why not?
