TweetDude,
you must have been reading some very old magazines!
Check the date on the cover!
TweetBeen reading some of his manuscripts from his seminars he says some pretty wild stuff. ie 30,000 calories a day, 15lbs of rice, 3 hours of lifting blah blah blah all the normal spouting of a pro. OF course you have to be skeptical as most HUGE guys rely on their genetics more than knowledge. HOWEVER this guy is pretty unreal his chest thickness I think is unmatched in professional bodybuilding and his legs are unreal.
I am skeptical of everything as you must be in this game however 5'10" 360lbs off season means you are doing something right.

Beauty is only skin deep - unless you have some good muscle underneath.
Then it goes much deeper.
Tweethaha no just reading some new stuff. He is still around but not competing.
Tweethe'd definitely a big mofo... one of my favorite bbers
Tweet30,000 cals a day. Damn.
TweetThats inhuman and impossible to eat 30,00 calories a day. I doubt he can take in 10K, let alone 30K. Thermodynamics wont allow it, and that would be 210K calories a week which is around 60 pounds of pure fat gain a week, so in about 8 weeks, this guy would weigh around 500lbs of pure fat.
TweetThats 30 "Bloomin Onions" From Outback Steakhouse. Thats one of the most calorie dense foods I know, and I dont think anyone can eat 30 of those bad boys a day. I call BS.
I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul
TweetYeah, I think I remember reading that article maybe like ten years ago?
Definitely, he was just bragging for the shock value!
Of course, in the article there was not even one word about chemical enhancement - it was one of those lame ass Weider's magazines...
They made it seem as if all of his mass was achieved thanks to his revolutionary eating and training tactics...!
Just imagine how much time it would take to ingest all that food and then to excrete all that load...

TweetI take in ~6,000 calories a day of nothing but clean food while I'm bulking, and I could definately put down more if I wouldn't get too fat. I'd imagine if I was eating like shit 10,000 calories wouldn't be too hard. 30,000 though, geeze. I dunno about that.Originally posted by YellowJacket

Tweetthe thing is that these guys need some publicity to stand out from the crowd. look at how much attention he's getting for just saying 30,000 cal. that's a huge load of crap - literally. :p
TweetI heard that he was misquoted on that. His highest caloric intake on ONE day was supposedly around 20,000 cals he said, and the article made it sound like he took that in every day, when that was a one-time affair. I know I've hit 6500/day when I weighed only 130lbs, so he could do 20000 in a day, not for long, but he could.
TweetYeah, that what he said on his site. https://www.vicrichards.com/interview3.htmOriginally posted by BigD

Tweet30000 is bs ,but I know he trains different than most,he said sometimes he will train back 3 days in a row, shit like that
Tweethe is awesome i would love to see him compete.hes been in the game alot longer than most people!!!!!HE COULD ROCK THE COMPETION WORLD!!!!
never give up just keep lookin ahead hopefully she will have a nice ASS.
TweetYour showing your age dude. I'm 39 yrs old and actually saw him about 15 yrs ago in Aurora, CO. He's about 5'9" and says he weighed about 300. Asked him if he ever did a show, and his answer was "no, he just wanted to keep getting bigger." Didn't come across as the sharpest tool in the shed. Nice to hear he still working out.
