TweetIt would be irresponsible of me to tell you it is safe to stop taking nolvadex for a 7 day trip and risk you getting gyno symptoms. Depending on how long you have taken nolvadex you will feel the effect of it for 2-3 weeks after discontinued use. But this is info garnered for it's intended purpose as a cancer drug. and it is not in the context of using the drug and taking breaks.
My Guide to Prescription drugs state this of missing a dose:
"Take as soon as you remember. If your next dose is within 2 hours, take a single dose now and skip the next one."
gyno is not as serious as breast cancer but I wuold not risk it. Plan your cycle and post cycle around any events that will prevent you from maintaining your usage.
