Tweet1st of all2hrs in the gym is way too much IMO....some BB's don't even do that much at times, and if you want to split up the routines 2x's a day, it can put a heavy strain on your growing if you don't know what your really doing, your just asking for fatigue in a bad way...just go to the gym once a day and train about 1hr to 1.5hr's at the most.....
