TweetI like it Pro.... on workout days, Id have some oatmeal before my workout, 1/2 cup cooked and maybe a glass of orange juice for added cortisol suppression, but great work brother..
TweetThe only reason i recomended a shake is because i dont know how early he wakes up. I pesonally need a good 1 1/2 hours after eating before i can work out. Oatmeal would be a better choice.
