      how many have used this much of QV enathate and have had good results or should i stick with 500mg i will be addy some dbol with i for the first couple of weeks. my gains have seemed to slow from using 500mg

      this is will be my 4th cycle my first cycle was sust at 250 a week with dbol my second was omandrens at 500mg a week and third was enathate at 500mg a week for 12 weeks

      You should be fine with 750mgs.

      You have to either up the dosage, or add another anabolic, or up the calories and/or protein intake. Or, do it all

      i used the enan for 12 weeks and i was also using the eq. i seen some gains but not as much as i would like. truth be told my diet was lacking due to working 60 hours a week but my protien was perfect. i am currently off right now and i have a 50 ml bottle for my next cycle and i will be adding something along with the enan but i dont know what yet.------any suggestions

      Exactly, If your not growing from 500mg of test per week I think you need to pay better attention to diet and training. Also, 750 should be nice, although I don't see a real difference once you go over 500. That's just me.

      i wasnt born yesterday. i know this but it is hard to put in as many calories when you are working 12-14 hours a day and only get about an hour for break then come home to two babies and a wife at 8 at night and spend time with the family, eat ,take shower and be up at 5 am to make it to the gym. and start the day over again. im sure some of you can understand this

      500mg p/wk is a great starter cycle. This is your 4th cycle. Your 1st is your best and you'll be chasing it from here. 750mg is a good next jump and it sounds like you want to ad something to go with it. 400mg of EQ would be a nice safe stack. Currently, I am doing 750 mg p/wk of enan and 750mg sust and 400mg EQ. Its a great combo. Keep your protien high 250g p/day works for me.

      I hear ya! It is not easy. Also, I didn't read the part about this being your 4th cylce. Hell, my first few cycles were either sust or omnadren at 250 per week! At this point 750 test and the d-bol should work good for you. For the last few weeks you may also want to look into adding some fina or winny. (I prefer winny) This portion of my cycle alwyays seems to be the best for me. The ed injections are not enjoyable but worth it. I too am out of the house for a good portion of the day and find that a small cooler prepared the night before along with some protein powder makes a world of a difference.,

      I didnt imply that, but from what you said, you feel like 250mgs of test more a week will make a difference in your gains, it will not. If calorie intake is not adequate you will not grow.

      i hear what you are saying prolang and trust me i try my hardest to eat eat eat. but i am a supervisor at a major book componet company and i do not have the time to eat a couple of meals a day. i do however take in plenty of protien and some weight gainer shakes but shakes are not as great as a regular meal you know. about the only time i can maintain a good diet is on he weekends. it ruff. and if anyone knows how hard it is to wake up at 5 in the morning to work out after working 12 hours the day before knows that it is really hard. im not crying im just asking for your opinions on what i can do thats why i thought i could up my test dosage thanks for everyones thoughts
