Tweet4700 cals is too much for 190lbs IMO, unless you have some sort of raging metabolism. Unless your running a massive amount of drugs, i would aim closer to 4k cals
Tweetmeal 1: 8 egg whites, 2 whole, 1 cup oatmeal
meal 2: homemade weightgainer
meal 3: protein bar
meal 4: 8 ounce chicken breast, i cup brown rice, flax oil
meal 5: same as 2
meal 6: same as 3
post workout: nlarge2
meal 7: 8 ounce lean ground meat, large sweet potato
this will give me about 4700 cals, 170 fat, 390 carbs, 400 protein
the reason for the shakes and protein bars is because i'm with paitents all day and can't eat real food will treating them.
my stats are 5'6, 190, 7%, will be "on" during the diet
any suggestions would help
thanks

Tweetusualy the same just without the weight gainers and protein bars. use regular protein shakes instead of the weight gainers.

TweetDrop the bars, drink a shake instead of a bar, bars are 100% crap.

Tweetbuff- also how long do you plan on doing this diet and running your cycle?? another pointer would be to add these extra calories slowly over a couple of weeks-not to shock your body into storing it as fat!!

Tweetmy cycle will be 12 weeks...i'm starting the diet now and slowly adding things in so by the time i start my cycle i'll be use to eating a lot. i'll defentily drop the bars...

Tweetbuff- i have one recomendation!! cut that cycle into 2 shorter ones. like 2 -6 weekers with a break in the middle!! i have yet to see any person steadily gain LBM over the coarse of a 12 week cycle!! i myself switched to this method with great success.

TweetHeres a recomendation. Start off with about 4200 cals. Reuce the cals in the carb dept. mainly. Week by week, add in 100 cals until you reach your 4700. You can make adjustments along the way. Maybe your optimal cal intake is 4300, or even 4800. Once you start feeling too soft, cut back cals a bit.
