      Ok so my b-day was on the 17th of december right and i have a huge family soi had to do alot with that and then christmas, and in the winter expecially areund the holidays my work get so busy.
      so heres why i suck.
      i havent gone to the gym in 3 weeks!!!
      i feel like such a bum.
      im going back tomorow since i finally have the time.
      its just that i used ot go with my cousin so i had someone to go with. but i hated driving 30 minutes to go to the gym when i could just go a mile down the road by myself.
      i know noone in the gym and its is a WAY better gym.
      and theres hotter chicks and i get free tanning for a year.
      i just feel as if i have no motovation and i really need to get my ass back in gear.
      for u guys who go by yourself how the hell do u do it.
      ive only been going by myself for liek 2 months and its tough.
      er well its different.
      whats ur motovation?

      The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

      I am with Bouncer. I want to go when i want too, move as fast i want too, and i want to do my workout, not the one a partner just read about in some magizine. Keep a log of your workout. I started this the past year and it really helped me. I look forward to seeing the progress i made in this log, i will definitly do again this year.

      I've also taken alot of time off. I've been to the gym twice since Dec. 15th. At least I know I'm fully recovered....

      i go with my girl now but i like going alone too because i can as my sig says get in and get out no bs just weights and me and then as cartman say (screw you guys im going home) j/k

      Don't kick yourself in the ass to much. It's hard to get to the gym around the hoildays. It will feel great when you get back!
