      i did a mixed up ass cycle (2nd cycle) but here it goes:
      week1: 2 shots prop 1 cc each
      week2: 3 shots prop
      week3: 2 shots and 30mg dbol ed
      week4: 2 shots and dbol
      week5: 1 shot and finish off dbol
      i had a total of 10cc of prop and 100 dbols
      3 days post therapy i ate 50mg nolvadex
      after this 25mg most likely till i run out... i had 15 now 11.5

      so anyway, i gained 15-16 pounds and no fat
      its been almost a week and i havent lost any weight but i did go down in strength a little.

      im 20, 5'11 and now 189-190

      while on i was benching 315 4 times
      today i did chest and was at 285 5-6 times

      so my question is what can i expect to happen? i will still train and eat alot but since its been a week will this be my only loss in strength or can i expect more? and how about weight?

      there was a similar thread posted not too long ago, and most of them said they had anywhere from 70-90% of their strength post cycle but that they eventually reached the weight they were doing while on AS. do a search and see what you come up with. the search might be the best tool on this site.
