How long to wait?

TweetI finished a 10 weeker on March 13. Finished post therapy on April 16th. (Sust only. 1st cycle. )

So staying true to the time on equals time off rule do you wait 10 weeks after last dart on March 13 or 15 weeks after April 16th? Obviously I'm trying to talk myself into another one.

Tweettime off means after the post cycle therapy so I would suggest you start your cycle .... early to mid june

Well, unfortunately I don't have supplies as of yet so I'll be waiting a few more weeks. Taking the more conservative approach on accident...probably not a bad thing.

TweetThere was a recent topic about this on another forum. School of thought is not the same for everyone. Some people count clomid recoup as time on.

Hence, 10 weeks on, 2 weeks wait, 2 weeks clomid would = 14 week "cycle" and then 14 more weeks wait.

OR, count 10 weeks after your last clomid administration making an entire "cycle" including your off time, 24 weeks instead of 28.

So, do what you feel is best, if your gains suck the second time around then you didn't wait long enough probably. Without blood work its just a guessing game.
