      Default headaches

too much caffeine or cafffeine withdrawal can cause headaches. i usually only workout on weekdays so on the weekends when i don't have any caffeine i sometimes get headaches from withdrawal.

ibuprofen 800mg's always works wonders for me. might also want to take a hot bath or have sex.

Excedrin makes a migraine formula. I believe it is just acetaminophen aspirin and caffeine. So if you don't want to buy it and already have tylenol and aspirin slug another con leche. There is aslo a medication out there specifically for migraines (I for get what is called but when I remember I'll let you know) the old temple rub doesn't hurt either.

prescription meds that work are imitrex and zomig. You would need to be in terrible condition to consider those.
      Check your BP
      Drink water
put some ice on the area where the pain is sensating and on the back of the neck
      take a hot shower
use melatonin and sleep it off
use prednisone 80 d1/70/60/50/40/30/20 that's if your in chronic daily excrutiating condition also.
Make an L shape with your thumb and press firmly on the indent on the back of the neck, hold for 30secs and repeat, this works well for migrains jsut feel for the nerve on the left or right and press on it, the pain somtimes subsides a little.

I get those sucks for sometimes 3-4mths straight ed. I have this pricey neurologist that helped me out, thank God.
For Rado I think they'll go away once he stops the clen for sure.

Another semi-cure for headaches or migrains are a CNS depressant such as nortriptyline. Problem with with that one is it has a lot of side effects and one is muscle weakness which bb'ers don't need.
