why not ry to zip it with some grapejuice or some gatorade or something. Im currently taking some Reforvit-b and boy does it work. I went up 10 pounds in a week with it. So far so good. I woldnt take it with a marshmallow, get some grape kool-aid or something.

Tweett3 isnt bad by itself but ref-b is totally shitty tasting. I try and squirt it as far back into my throat as possiable and chase it with some kind of sweet drink. Cranberry juice is good with i too.
