I probably wouldn’t mind it so much if I was dieting right now, but this is going to put a damper on my bulk cycle.

I have no idea how I’m going to manage to get all the calories I need with just shakes; at least not without shitting myself inside out. Does anybody have any experience with an all liquid diet?

I’m thinking that I am going to have to abandon this cycle, which sucks because I was really getting into a good groove.

Right now I am seriously bummed out, and sore as hell.

I broke my jaw in two places and lost 20 lbs. I would not worry about bodybuilding. Just heal and try and take in enough cals. You can blend a lot of things and they say Baby Food also. It sucked for me but I got through it and got back on track.

Well imo w/out whole food there is no way it will be the bulking cycle it should be. You may want to abort the full cycle plan but at least stay on a mild dose of test or something so you dont lose weight. Most ppl that go through that have a drop in weight even with tons of high calorie shakes.

oh - sorry about your luck by the way.

Next time you get a cold on a cycle think of this story everyone - it could be much worse.

true he can do that. It all depends on how bad the break was. Mine was wired shut for 2 months and had do use a feeding tube. The tube was about diameter of a straw and I had to feed it down my throat. I am sure if he uses a blender he'll be able to get by. The last thing I wanted to do was train. It all depends on how you feel. If you can keep your intake and outlook high, then you'll be able to pull it off. Just make sure you get enough rest and not stress the jaw. I didn't rest and now my jaw locks up when I eat too much.
