      iam about 195 pounds, 5'11 good structure iam about to take clen,tren,enathate,and winny. my diet consist of 7 ounces chicken and 4 oz of yams every three hours 6 times daily iam looking for the rock hard abs,but dont want to loose to much weight iam doing cardo every day 20 hard min. is this the right run or should i take something else.

      well first of all you need some fat in your diet, second of all what are your previous if you have any...what doses are you wanting to take and what kind of gear...when you post like this, what's going to happed is no one(mostly) will reply to threads like this, be more specific. the reason I say this is because so many threads IMO have been answered numerous times and it just seems that people lately don't like to do homework, and no flame towards you either, just giving you some advice as to how to get things answered by all of us around here ok? IMO I would leave the winny out since you have the clen and your saying your diet will be clean, winny is very hard on you...you need at least 1.5-2 g's of H2O a day. ED cardio will not benefit you much, you'll burn yourself out, do it 3-4 days a week with no more than 35-45 minutes...good luck and welcome

      iam am going to take 2 cc of enathate a week 1 shot of tren a day 1cc of winny every other day and 200 tabs of clen over 8 weeks. this is my 5th time taking gear.

      I would leave the Winny out and what dose is the test 200-250???

      if this is your 5th cycle, then you should know what your doing, good luck

      cycle the clen with a thermo 2wks on 2wks off. you should really get more of a variety of food in there and try to keep it under 2000 cals a day. i ran the same cycle last fall and loved it. this is what i did:

      test enanthate 250mg wks 1-8
      fina 75mg ed wks 1-6
      winny 50mg ed wks 5-11
      clen/hydroxycut cycle 2wks on 2wks off

      i lost 4% bf and and gained a ton of muscle and stregth. best ive looked in my whole life. my only cardio was football practice too.

      also, make post workout shake 50g whey/50g malodextrin
      I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
      I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul
