      What do you guys like to eat after a shot of some slin?

      I searched and found nothing btw.

      I drink a 75g malodextrin/50g wehy isolate shake immedatley after humalog injection. 45 minutes later, a whole wheat bread sandwhich, and 8 oz of turkey breast. Most people overshoot their carbs, therefore may become fat, even while avoiding fat during its active period. I total maybe 140 grams of carbs while its active

      so if i had R i would wait 2 hours to eat instead of 45 mins right???

      I have 50/50 WPI/dextrose shake with added bcaa's and glutamine. Then I suck down about 40g's of sucrose with my Swole creatine drink. I also sip on a 38g Cherry coke the first hour. Total sugars are probably 150 or so for only 10iu's of slin, but I don't seem to get fat this way, only very full and very big! I will add another 30/100 WPI/malto shake at the 1hr pt. when I up it to 12-15iu's postworkout when I hit my bulker. I think solid foods first thing post-slin is a BAD idea, you want fast-absorbing liquid protein and carbs IMO. After that it's up to you, but I couldn't handle 2 chicken breast and half-lb of rice one hour after lifting so I'll use another shake.
