mail.fitnessgeared.com
also the full email address that you have for example you would enter for me I enter gearedup@fitnessgeared.com not just gearedup...... pm me and I will set you up please tell me what you want it to be!
You can also access it www.fitnessgeared.com/webmail so you can check your email from anywhere in the world, but that isnt the best mail programs and outlook is much better and it isnt that hard to setup if you give it a try! The email is really nice and is one of the few that allows mobile access from any pc as well as pop3 and you can configure it with outlook which is an awesome email program!
