Four people who have used these products have developed fungal infection of the lining of the brain and spinal cord. One patient died.
An FDA inspection of Urgent Care's plant has found that the firm has failed to ensure sterility or to test for potency. The company has not complied with FDA requests for a voluntary recall of its products.
The company's products are labeled as URGENT CARE PHARMACY 2500 WINCHESTER PLACE, STE. 106, SPARTANBURG, SC 29301, 800-692-8982.
Here is a complete list of this company's injects:
test cyp, clonidine, test/estradiol, baclofen, betamethasone, Bimix 30:1 (phentolamine mesylate/papaverine), estradiol, hydromorphone HCl, fentanyl, methylprednisolone acetate, morphine sulfate/bupivacaine, papaverine HCl, super Trimix (papaverine HCl/phentolamine mesylate/prostaglandin).
The company sold these items primarily to docs, clinics, hospitals and consumers in Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.
The FDA is encouraging consumers to notify it if they have complaints or problems associated with these products. Contact the FDA's MedWatch programme at 1-800-FDA-1088 or on-line on the FDA Web site."

TweetIf this is true, those folks should be sentenced to death themselves, fuckers. Oh well heck, I dont know whats appropriate but lazy bastards end up taking a life because they wont do thier jobs right.
