TweetI personally would run the EQ at 600 and some clen through out the cycle and keep the diet hella clean for your goals...keep the cardio at 3-4x's a week and no more than 45-50mins, IMO anything more than that you'll start to burn more muscle than the fat...drink plenty of H2O, like 2g's a day if possibe...good luck and keep us posted, great mods on here
