TweetThere is no better, its what do you want to accomplish. I agree w/mcb... if you want to see some size gains you better plan on tipping the scale. I don't buy into the "stay lean' while you grow. I'm not saying you should be a pig either! Plan on your body fat to be around 10-14% while your bulking and go down from there for your show Good luck.
