      I also posted this in the training forum.
      In the latest IRONMAN, there's an article ont the Max Contraction System. To make a long story short, you pretty much do a 1 set static hold per body part, with the muscle group fully contracted for at least 45 seconds. Anyone read this? You have to read it to fully understand. It promises around 15 pounds in five weeks, I know it sounds too good to be true. What are your opinions? Anyone try this?

      Well 15 pounds in five weeks sounds like a good start on a bulking cycle.
      I seriously doubt there is any validity to the article.
