Stick with a level number, your protein in the 1st week is just as important as that in the final week. 400 grams of protein for a guy 165, you're going to be well over your BMR and thats not clean bulking. What ratio of carbs to protein should i eat? Its a 10 week cycle and my protein will be at:
wk 1-2 250grams of protein
wk 3-4 300gr" "
wk 5-6 350gr" " yes i can eat this much

wk 9-10 400gr" '
What should i have my carb grams at for each of these weeks?
if your wondering i will be taking 150mg of prop and 300mg of enanthate per week.
