I have had injections to help with bulging disc. Mine was just pain in the neck. You need a neck doc. If both arms are asleep that is a bad sign.

yeah man, issues with arms or hands is a bad sign with the nerves being pinched. unless you slept funky and woke up like that and that will normally resolve itself in a day or two. may need x rays and or mri to make sure you havent got a bulging disk compressed or even a broken neck. all of which could lead to very serious issues

Try an over the door cervical traction kit. Will cost you about $20 on amazon.

I got one Dzone. I tried it first. I think if my neck was not so bad it may have helped. you can also have a prob with the disc pushing on the cord and that cannot be fixed with the traction.

Posture has helped me a lot. Trying to keep my head and shoulders back while at work on the computer has relieved a bunch of stress on my neck.

I use one of those headstraps with a chain to build up the neck muscles. Sometimes that can get rid of neck pain. Plus, it doesnt hurt as bad to get punched in the face when your neck is thick and strong. lol

Thankful for this thread. I just got back from doc today and he wanted to admit me. When i asked him if i could put it off he said next week at the latest. Cord is pinched from two sides, nasty. Because I've had two surgeries in the front of my throat (reconstruc and thyroid removal, too much to cut into and would most likely lose voice. So, going thru the back of the neck. They said it's bad man. Was everyone's opinion about planning now for next week? Get bpc 157 or MK677, run 200mg test week? I need to heal this quickly and well. i eat and drink organic, clean but also 58 beat up yrs old. Opinions on post-surgery? Thanks

damn man that's rough to hear for sure. for healing bpc tb and gh are going to be your best bets for sure. i have read research on using low dose test and deca/npp for healing injuries as well. that is as long as it doesnt mess with your health markers. the peps and gh will def help for sure though
