      Maybe i wasnt clear, ive seen glucosamine chondriton and glucosamine sulfate. Which is better between those. sorry

      but gluco will work better for you...I take that from my chiro that I see once a week and he's always said that gluco is much more efficient than sulfate...

      Glucosamine + Chondriton + MSM = joint relief. The combo IMHO works best for joint pain. 1500/1200/1000 ED, if its really bad than higher the doses.

      I hurt myself arm wrestling erlier this year and couldn't pitch for my baseball team unless I was taking gluco, it works for sure, but I would take both.

      bro i had a severe pain in my right shoulder to the point it hurt bad during any pressing movement then i used glucosamine, chondroitin and msm and in about 3 weeks it went away...no shit ..it really helped me and i take it daily now

      I would probably rest it...rest will allow for better healing, decreased likelihood of the prob becoming chronic, and its alot cheaper... Also, when Im forced to rest something, I find my other areas that I am able to train get stronger..Just a suggestion.

      I agree. I was having joint problems in both knees from hitting the bike too hard and too often (morning Cardio) Started taking the Gluco/chondroitin and the pain went away completely.
