    Thread: Please help me to complete my cycle plans………

      So far I have decided on the juices that I’m going to take witch is this:

      Week 1-4 Dbol 40MG ED 4 Times a day
      Week 1-10 Deca200 400MG/Sust250 500MG

      I want to take Nolvadex and Clomid in the end so please lay it out for me when to start taking them during the cycle and if I should go with injections or tables… Well I have an idea when but I want to be 100% sure from some one who knows what to do from experience. Also I'm thinking of around 150Grams of protein intake each day, 3 times a day and each time 50 grams or should I split it to smaller doses. Myoplex and Isopure are two of my favorites……….. I’ll take any suggestions for other………….. Thank you.....

      You don't eat anything other than protein shakes?!?!?

      Dude, That's not very healthy. You should be eating lots of real foods such as chicken, tuna, lean beef, healthy fats, good carbs, etc. Your diet seems unplanned and terrible to say the least.

      No flame intended but you need to fix your diet.

      150 GRAM PROT IS NOT ENOUGH.

      They're right. Diversify your foods. Chicken, Beef, Fish. Eat Protein and Carbs with every meal. Five or more small meals a day. You've probably heard the routine.

      Do about 150g of protein in shakes and another 150g in food protein I'd suggest to total 300g. As for the Clomid and Nolva start it about 2 weeks after you finish with your Sust and Deca. I'd say you probably don't need both. Nolva is probably fine all on it's own. Just my opinion.

      the cycle looks good....i would have nolva on hand in case of gyno or too much bloat. clomid 3 weeks after deca. and increase your protain to 300-350grams/day, and eat it from mostly foods. i only have a shake right after my workout

      Well guys my protein intake is not going to be only the supplement... that was only an addition to my 4 or more times that I eat a day even now......... I don't keep count on how much food I eat but I mostly get hungry every 3-4 hours so that’s how I eat and always there has to be something that has meat in it even for breakfast...

      Only time I use shakes is in addition to whole food meals (cost effective) post workout, and before bed. The arent the base of any meal.
      I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
      I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul
